The experience working with Shila was wonderful! Shila was attentive and very knowledgeable throughout the process of selling our existing home and finding our new home. Her attention to detail on what we needed to do in order to maximize the value of our house for sale was spot on. Shila has been nothing short of incredible from the get go.When I discussed the details of our situation, she knew exactly how to guide us through the process with ease and keep us well informed and updated, as well as keeping us on track to reach our timeline goals.She told us what she believed would be the right listing price, told us what she needed from us, and got our home under contract- above asking price in less than 48 hours.She's also getting us into the perfect new home in a great community- our dream community, fitting our exact timeline we had envisioned.She is knowledgeable, straight to the point, and professional.We will be going to Shila for future real estate transactions and her brokerage would be the first I would drop a resume off at if I were to get a realtor license.

Shila's level of service as a realtor was unlike anything I had ever experienced with the dozen or so realtors I have used in the past. Shila does her homework and facilitates the process. Does not sit back and wait for you to call. She is on it! Also very helpful with some important legal questions I had in regards to the property. I would recommend Shila in a heart beat.

Shila knew that I planned to sell this home and gave me helpful tips and connections as I was prepping it to sell. Then she brought a buyer and made negotiations very easy. I know that she represented the buyer, but she was nonetheless a calm, reassuring guide through the whole process, and I felt that the deal was a fair one to both parties.

My house was not an easy sell. Multiple buyers backed out last minute and we had a very limited timeframe to get the house sold so we could move. Shila stuck with it and still managed to sell the house for more than we listed. Shila is amazing and I don't think anyone could have done a better job. Thank you, Shila.

Shila was very helpful and professional with our house search. I found her on Zillow and we were interested in a very specific house. She knew everything there was to know about the house and unfortunately we were not able to purchase the home due to repairs the home needed and the type of loan we were needing. Will definitely use her when we purchase a home and would highly recommend her.

Shila was amazing in every aspect on our path to find a home. She was able to lead us through some tough areas of the crazy market we were buying in- while giving us the reassurance that everything would work out. In the end we ended up in the great neighborhood for our kids and well under our budget.
